Insert in Memo
If you are preparing several letters or other documents in Memo, you may wish to import phrases from previously written documents, to avoid retyping repetitive material. Of course, you can use cut and paste, but that means closing one file and opening another, then going back to the first.
A simpler method is to use Insert. Press (MENU), File, Insert. You will see a list of possible document to draw from, which you select by tabbing to the files list and using the (DownArrow) key until the preferred file is highlighted. Press (F10) (OK) and the entire text within that file will be pasted into your open Memo document. Then you can trim away anything you don't want and continue with your new letter.
